Meetings: those dreaded black holes into which half a business day can disappear with barely a trace. At the same time, anyone who has participated in a dynamic, productive business meeting covets the skills set that meeting leader possesses. And now you lead productive meetings, too.

Elizabeth C. Vibber, director of marketing and management consultation services for clients of Bee, Bergvall & Co., CPA, and its affiliate, the Catalyst Center for Nonprofit Management, will present How to Run an Effective Meeting on Wednesday, October 3, at the Women’s Business Forum.

The free event is held 8-9:00am at the James Lorah House, 132 N. Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.

You will learn:

  • the different types of meetings and how to decide which type best suits your purpose
  • to identify meeting details to use time wisely
  • the 5 Ps of preparation

Liz Vibber has more than 24 years’ experience providing strategic consultation to both the public and private sectors. The services she provides clients include developing business and strategic plans, marketing professional services, needs assessments, survey design and evaluation. She earned her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
