What does it take to turn your business from a company that just pays the bills into a million dollar enterprise?

The Women’s Business Forum of Bucks County is offering women business owners an opportunity to find out by sponsoring a new “Mastering a Million” Professional Mastermind group beginning in September, 2012.

A select group of women entrepreneurs will learn how to take their small business from simply self-employed or “solo-preneur” to join the elite ranks of women-owned businesses whose revenue exceeds $1 million annually through a Mastermind program offering intense coaching, brainstorming and goal setting.

Applicants accepted into the program will:

  • Meet with Paramount Business Coach founder, author and speaker, Yoon Cannon, for personalized monthly sessions
  • Work with like-minded business owners
  • Brainstorm solutions to business challenges
  • Work ON your business vs. IN your business
  • Leave each meeting with clear action items to accomplish in the upcoming month
  • Hold each other accountable for implementing action items and goals
  • Move your business closer to the goal of increasing revenues and building a “viable” as well as financially successful business

The Women’s Business Forum, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2012, offers free monthly Mastermind groups open to all in three different locations, allowing members to partake in a powerful business-building tool. The “Mastering a Million” Professional Mastermind group intensifies the experience by providing high end, affordable business mentoring to interested candidates meeting specific criteria who are willing to commit to the year-long program.

To participate in the “Mastering a Million” series, applicants must:

  • Be serious and committed to growing your business
  • Maintain annual WBF Supporting Membership or Margaret Mead Lifetime Membership throughout the one-year program
  • Be a majority owner or equal partner in your business
  • Be in business three or more years
  • Have minimum annual revenue of $50,000 from your business.
  • Possess a willingness to move towards delegating tasks to contractors or employees
  • Commit to participate personally each month (maximum of 2 absences during the course of the year to continue participation)

This professional, high-level mastermind program is available to participants for a monthly investment of $150, half of which will benefit the mission of the WBF and its programs to mentor women business owners.

As noted by Karyn Greenstreet, president of Passion for Business and the WBF’s first Mastermind facilitator, “Mastering a Million” is “a win-win all around, and a great price point makes it available to everyone. What the WBF is doing is brilliant and so necessary for women business owners.”
