Lynn Sharer started out investing in real estate in the 1980’s. At that time the interest rates were unbelievably high but she would purchase distressed properties, rehab and sell them. Lynn gained her knowledge of property values first hand. It was not until almost 20 years later that she started selling real estate full time as she continued investing. Lynn Sharer started out working mainly with investors and eventually switching her focus to home seller’s and buyers. It is fun matching people with living spaces that feels right to them. For the last 14 years Lynn Sharer has been working with buyers and sellers to find the perfect match. She guides each client through the entire process start to finish and supports them every step of the way.
