WHAT: Sixty-one elderly veterans from the Delaware Valley Veterans Home in Philadelphia desperately need new shoes, according to Director of Nursing, Muriel Tilley-Boggs, but cannot afford to buy them for themselves. Local nonprofit, Twilight Wish Foundation, is working with local individuals and Rotary organizations to purchase the shoes for the veterans, but needs help with the cost of $40 per pair.
