The Officers and The Board of Directors shall be the governing body of the Women's Business Forum.™ The Officers and Board of Directors are responsible for overall policy and direction of the Forum, and delegate responsibility for day-to-day operations to Standing Committees and Task Forces. Officers and Board of Directors receive no compensation other than reasonable expenses.

There are five officers, who make up the Executive Committee:  President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Board of Directors includes the five officers and 10 additional members.
