Cathy Ponist, Certified Public Accountant
Is It Time To Reclassify Your Business?
Are you a sole proprietor, nonprofit, or LLC? Should you incorporate?
Maybe you’re just starting a business. Whatever your situation, you should
know the advantages each of these "business entities" offers, and how to make the tax
laws work for you.
In her presentation, Catherine A. Ponist, CPA, will discuss the tax
advantages and disadvantages of these business entities. She will also explain
why you should re-examine how your business is set up: You might be better off—and more
profitable—switching to another business entity.
Catherine Ponist has been in public practice since 1986 and is a member of the
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 1993, she started her own
successful accounting firm, representing clients in a broad range of industries
varying in size and in volume of business.

Energize Your Life
When we are stressed our tendency is to go for it to push harder, to do more. But does it work?

energy you need to live a quality life and create a vacuum that literally draws what you want
towards you. ENERGIZE YOUR LIFE will help you to increase your energy level by identifying and eliminating
